About

Refreshments Provided is hosted by Carly Findlay and Jason Scott Watkins.
It’s an irreverent conversation between two food loving friends, with the occasional guest

You can’t be sure where the conversation will go but there will always be refreshments provided.

Carly and Jason-Scott met the modern way – on Twitter. Jason-Scott’s cooking piqued Carly’s interest and she needed to know more. She cooked his baked bean recipe, and fast forward three years, Jason included that recipe in his speech at Carly and Adam’s wedding.

Carly loves to write – she’s written for publications including Daily Life, SBS, The Guardian and the ABC. One day she hopes to write a memoir, a chapter of which will include a summary of all the great food she’s eaten.

Jason-Scott is a superb home cook, a Eurovision fanatic and a self proclaimed "International YouTube Sensation".

He is most known for The Chow Down to Eurovision on his blog Don't Boil the Sauce! and for attempting to rise to the technical challenges of the Great British Bake Off.
